Ugagrains Seeks Mechanical Engineer & Technician
Job Description
To maintain the mechanical control systems & distribution systems for the grain processing plant, and supervise its smooth and optimum operation at all times. To design and suggest best suitable practices for additional machinery required for better performance and productivity of the required process mechanisms for the firm.
General Requirement
- Identify mechanical & technical requirements.
- Prepare plans and specifications for efficiency of machinery.
- Thoroughly maintaining the optimum performance of all the plant machinery & storage systems.
- Installing & supervising any new mechanical works at the plant.
- Researching suitable solutions and estimating costs and timescales.
- Checking and keeping proper maintenance records of the machinery at all times.
- Informing any risks or critical requirements of the machinery to the management well in advance.
- On call 24/7 for any urgent situations of mechanical or technical failure.
Specific Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering degree.
- At least 3 years of experience with knowledge in Mechanical Engineering.
- Good Math, Science and Technology skills.
- The ability to explain design ideas clearly.
- The ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
- A good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of Basic Fire and Safety regulations requirements of the country.
